Eric H. Jaffe is the Manager of Reliability Reporting and Data Analytics team. Eric has over 10 years of experience at PECO and has been in his current role for over 2 years. Eric and his team are responsible for reporting reliability metrics to senior leadership and the public utility commission as well as using data to make better business decisions to improve reliability for PECO’s customers. Prior to this role, Eric spent two years in safety, three years as an Electric Operations Front-Line Supervisor, 1.5 years as Project Engineer, 1.5 years as a DSO System Engineer and 1.5 years as a Central Reliability Engineer. He started his career at PECO as a Drexel Co-Op in 2006.

Eric earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering, with a focus in Power, from Drexel University in 2009 and earned his MBA in Finance from Drexel University in 2017. Eric resides in Mount Royal, New Jersey with his wife, and two daughters. In his spare time, Eric enjoys playing with his daughters, running, and playing softball.
