Chip Phillips is a senior program manager with over twenty years of electric utility experience spanning power generation and transmission, instrumentation and control systems, networking and telecommunications, and plant automation.

He is currently responsible for the TVA Transmission Condition Monitoring program, for which he created a vision, roadmap, and a series of projects which will better position TVA Transmission to understand the condition of its assets; thereby enabling improved outcomes in reliability, investment planning, and maintenance.
