Michael Covarrubias is the VP of Strategy and Solutions at Xtensible. He previously served as Manager of Enterprise Architecture and Strategy at Arizona Public Service for nearly 7 years, where he oversaw Enterprise Architecture, Integration and Analytics. With over a decade of utility background and experience, he has worked within various areas in the utility sector including Enterprise Architecture, Executive Management, Mobility, Operations, Customer Service, Field Service, and Generation across multiple different domains of technology and business areas. As part of Xtensible he currently serves as the Vendor Co-Chair for the IEC CIM User Group.

Mr. Covarrubias has a bachelor’s in computer system engineering from Arizona State University, an MBA from University of Phoenix, Certification in Executive Management and Leadership from Notre Dame along with a Certification in Business Improvement from Auburn University.
