Becca Jones is a Marketing Communications Manager at Itron. She supports the global outcomes team, enabling utilities to deliver intelligence that empowers by supporting go-to-market and sales enablement initiatives for data management, grid connectivity & operations, distributed intelligence, AMI & water operations management, and delivery services. Her role entails proactively and strategically communicating with utilities via various avenues such as events, public relations, advertising, promotions, collateral, testimonials, advertising, presentations, thought leadership, and social media to tell a cohesive story that highlights how utilities can achieve measurable and value-based outcomes by capitalizing on the power of their networks and devices. Over the course of her 20 years at Itron, Becca has served in various marketing roles supporting other teams including strategic alliances & partnerships, grid applications, and software & services. Prior to her role at Itron, Becca held marketing positions at Nortel Networks and Raindrop Geomagic. Becca has a Bachelor of Arts in Public & Interpersonal Communication, minors in Spanish and Business Management, and a Master of Science in Organizational Communication, all from North Carolina State University.
