Stanley McHann is a Senior Research Engineer for the National Rural Electric Cooperative Association (NRECA), which has more than 900 member utilities. At NRECA, Mr. McHann his work has focused on the next generation of electric utility controls, outage detection, AMI/AMR systems, operational cyber security, advanced grid analytics, electric utility data models. Mr. McHann also has an extensive aerospace and avionics background from the USAF and combines this expertise with his grid experience to help utilities get the best out of UAS technology. Mr. McHann has a Part 107 certificate, a PPL, along with an Airframe and Power Plant rating from the FAA.
