Norv Clontz is the Director of Data Science & Analytics at AES Utilities (US), where he is responsible for leading advanced analytics initiatives and developing internal data science and artificial intelligence competencies that accelerate AES’ digital transformation. His previous utility experience included technical and leadership roles in Grid Solutions, Customer Analytics, Telecoms, Customer Projects, and Natural Gas. Earlier in his career, Norv led the business analytics practice at a management and IT consulting firm. He has led consulting engagements for Fortune 500 clients around the world in industries including utilities, oil & gas, automotive, retail, and financial services. Norv earned a B.A. from the Johns Hopkins University and an M.B.A. from the University of South Carolina. He also holds a PMP certification.
