Can Revenue be Predicted and Assured ?

The impact of the COVID-19 outbreak has varied across industries in terms of demand, volumes, costs, cash flows, etc. While the electricity and gas supply business has been resilient to the impacts of this pandemic, the sector globally is expecting an increase in customer bad debts associated with economic hardships.

Reducing bad debt while keeping customer experience at the core will require a re-imagined “Revenue Assurance” approach, one that is powered by predictive analytics, intelligent automation, robust Omni-channel engagement with customer segments driven by more of a customized & targeted approach, and most importantly – empathy to customers.

In this session you will hear how Xcel Energy and WNS formed a partnership based on co-creation by bringing more value to their business and its customer base.

Feel free to ask questions in the discussion forum below - speakers will be responding as quickly as they can. View this webinar by the end of the day on June 10 and get entered to win a $100 Amazon Gift Card.

What are your predictions for missed / late payments once the 2 months of forgiveness is up? All other bills will be due in the same week. Have you performed potential loss forecasts?

How are data analytics changing and/or measured differently from a centralized office to remote office performance?
