Robert Rady-Pentek is the Director of Customer Experience Analytics and Process Improvement at Duke Energy. He is responsible for understanding customers’ expectations and driving improvements into the organization to improve customer satisfaction for our residential and business customers. In earlier roles within Duke Energy, Robert also worked in the smart grid and electric vehicle space.
Prior to Duke Energy, Robert worked in a number of consulting companies including Deloitte Consulting, Perficient and Booz Allen Hamilton in the United States and Hong Kong, where he focused on analytics, Business Intelligence and data governance in the consumer products, airline and insurance industries.
He holds a MBA from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Waterloo.
