Megan Mao is the Director of Customer Experience and Insights for Southern California Edison (SCE). In this role, she is responsible for customer satisfaction measurement and improvement strategies, digital customer experience on our website and mobile applications, and the marketing of customer programs and services.
Previously, Mao led the Product Development & Division Management group in Customer Service. There she led the initial intake and evaluation of business opportunities, demonstrations and pilots, and solution assessments in various areas, such as electric vehicle charging stations, demand-side resources, commercial market products, mass market products, and information related initiatives that bear directly on customer benefits and satisfaction. Megan has been with SCE for 15 years in leadership roles in Planning, Regulatory Affairs, Power Procurement, and Transmission and Distribution.
