“Krzysztof came to the US from Poland on an athletic scholarship and played tennis at The University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Here he studied Business Administration at the Belk College of Business and received his Bachelor of Science degree in 2013. During this time Krzysztof became a proud 49er, fell in love with the city of Charlotte, and met the girl he would eventually marry—all key factors that ultimately kept him in the states.
Krzysztof moved to Georgia after accepting his first job as a Reporting Analyst for P&F USA, a subsidiary of the Japanese firm Funai Corp. His desire for learning and growth led him to continue studying different reporting tools and where he discovered his passion for data visualizations. As a visual learner himself, he gravitated to Power BI for its ease of use, the strength and involvement of its user community, and the dynamic reporting. While at P&F, he initiated and implemented the incorporation, and eventual transition to Power BI as the preferred reporting method for Sales and Marketing.
In early 2018, Krzysztof finally had the opportunity to come back to the city he loves by taking a data visualization consulting position at Duke Energy. Late last year he excitedly accepted a full-time position where he currently works as the Operational Experience Lead for the Customer Experience Team. Tasked with understanding and improving customer experience with billing and payment and customer orders, he serves as support for any data sourcing, visualization, and analysis needed to drive better business insights.”
