James is the Customer Operations Director of Planning and Analytics for CenterPoint Energy. He oversees an analytics team primarily dedicated to strategic marketing efforts. James transitioned into Customer Operations in July of 2017, approximately 13 years after joining the company. He has held numerous roles within CenterPoint ranging from Internal Audit Manager to Finance Director.
