PC3: Data Analytics for Consumer Benefit

Session Category :  Pre Conference Training Course

Energy providers and consumers experience the conundrum of data wealth and information poverty –this is especially true in the energy sector. Consumers tell us they want more information but what they’re given is often raw data, such as portal data on kilowatts used.
Facilitators from SECC and Entergy  will work with attendees to help them understand:
  • How to consolidate information from operational, customer service and marketing sources to support a more personalized customer experience
  • How to develop a services portfolio that meets the needs of multiple segments
  • How to achieve high privacy and security standards when working with customer data
In addition, smart Energy Consumer Collaborative research will highlight programs and services that directly support consumer needs, increases engagement and helps consumers achieve their energy objectives.
Here is your chance to add supplemental content to your UA Summit event experience.  Attend a pre-conference workshop as a stand-alone course or as a complement to your conference package. These three hour industry-leading courses, conducted by leading practitioners with real-world utility experience, are aimed at topics and challenges faced by analytics professionals.
