Stephanie Steider has been with MISO for seven years, the last two as a leader within the Data and Analytics organization. She is currently the manager of Advanced Analytics, responsible for growing MISO’s capabilities in the areas of machine learning, natural language processing, and artificial intelligence. Before joining the data organization, she worked as part of the Process and Performance team at MISO developing improvements in a variety of areas including forecasting, outage coordination, and settlements. She is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt, and spent the first 8 years of her career in automative manufacturing.

In her free time, Stephanie enjoys adventuring with her husband and two dogs and has a goal to visit all 63 US National Parks.
