Maggie Peacock is the Manager of Analytics and Data Management at SERC Reliability Corporation, a nonprofit corporation responsible for assuring effective and efficient reduction of risks to the reliability and security of the bulk power system across the southeastern and central regions of the United States.

Maggie leads the Analytics and Data Management team in providing quality data that is usable, accurate, complete, and maintained throughout its lifecycle. The team also promotes a culture of data-driven decision making across the organization by providing automation tools and business intelligence dashboards and reports.

In Maggie’s fourteen years of analytics experience, she has worked on performance analysis, reliability assessment studies, and most recently implementing a robust data governance and data management framework at SERC. Maggie has her M.B.A with an undergraduate degree in Information Technology Management, is an ISACA Certified Enterprise Data Management Associate and is currently pursuing a Technology doctoral degree at Purdue University.
