We have powerful AI  tools in use  in our industry to monitor asset health, forecast daily supply, and predict customer needs. These tools are often hailed from a utility perspective: how and why it  is cost effective, how an incipient component failure was predicted, and how storm damage was managed with assets judiciously placed in the service territory. We need to humanize these achievements and assure and explain to customers in simple terms. This roundtable discussion will include attempts by utilities how they managed their diverse customer base in explaining AI benefits and how the community has directly benefitted.
